New On-Line Registration facility for new patients

Patients wishing to join our GP Practice can now do this on-line by following the attached link  https://gp-registration.nhs.uk/G82032 or via the NHS App. This now avoids the need to complete paper forms and should make the process easier for patients and our staff. Please note we can only accept new patient applications from patients living within our Gravesend and Northfleet catchment area.

Measles

Since 2022, measles activity has been slowly increasing globally, with large outbreaks ongoing in multiple countries across South Asia and Africa. In 2023, there have been several measles outbreaks across London which causes additional risks to neighbouring areas where there is low uptake such as Kent and Medway.

Repeat Prescriptions

We require 72 hours (3 working days) notice for a repeat prescription.

The best way to re-order your repeat prescription is to download the NHS App or register for our online services (forms can be picked up from your surgery)  where another NHS approved App can be selected through which you can order repeat medication. Using the NHS App or an approved App will also allow you to book appointments and see; a summary of your medical records, test results and vaccinations.

It’s easy to use, and, if you hit a snag, you can go to ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner of the app or visit nhs.uk/helpmeapp.

Find out more about the NHS App at: www.nhs.uk/nhsapp

If you do not have access to a smart phone then re-order forms can be handed in at the Surgery, posted or emailed (kmicb.pelhammp@nhs.net).

If you require your new prescription to be sent back to you please include a stamped addressed envelope.

Telephone requests are not accepted. Apologies but our lines are already very busy so we will not accept requests via the phone.
